- organic stock
- organic chicken drumsticks, feet, lamb shanks or beef bones
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- chopped organic vegetables zucchini, leek, onion, fennel, turnip, carrots, parsnip etc
- Himalayan salt
- black pepper
Add ingredients together and bring to boil. Simmer on lon slow cook for 12-24 hours.
