Ingredients:

  • organic stock
  • organic chicken drumsticks, feet, lamb shanks or beef bones
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • chopped organic vegetables zucchini, leek, onion, fennel, turnip, carrots, parsnip etc
  • tumeric
  • oregano
  • sage
  • Himalayan salt
  • black pepper

Method:

Add ingredients together and bring to boil. Simmer on lon slow cook for 12-24 hours.
